Refund policy
Two separate amounts make up every order: the government fee (we pass it through) and the Zuumm platform fee (our work). Refunds treat them differently — here is every case.
We miss the promised processing time
Our platform fee is refunded in full, automatically. Government fees follow the authority's own refund rules.
Your application is rejected by the government
Platform fee refunded. Government fees are usually non-refundable once a case is lodged — we tell you the destination's rule before you pay.
You cancel before we submit to the government
Everything refunded, including the government fee — nothing has been lodged yet.
You cancel after we submit
Platform fee refunded minus work already done; lodged government fees can't be recalled.
Duplicate payment or technical error
Refunded in full as soon as we see it — you don't need to ask.
